Prompt Library and Activity
Keep reusable Builder prompts in folders, draft them from a project brief inside a workspace, and read the activity feed across every project.
The Prompt Library is where the instructions you keep retyping live. A prompt is a title, a body, a folder and optional tags, ready to insert into a workspace terminal, draft against a project brief, or attach to a scheduled automation.
It has two homes. The Prompt Library page in Builder is where prompts are created and edited. The Prompt Library panel inside a project workspace is where they are used.
The Activity feed is the other half of the same habit: one place to see what Builder actually did across every project.
Before you start
Both areas need Builder access. Keeping, copying and inserting a prompt spends nothing. Drafting a prompt from a brief, and planning a queue in My Prompts, use AI credits.
Keeping prompts
Open the Prompt Library
BuilderPrompt Library in the Builder navigation.
Add a prompt
New prompt opens the editor. Give it a Title and write the Prompt content, then choose Save.
File it
Pick a Folder, or type a new name to create one. New folder in the rail does the same thing from the other direction. A folder exists once a prompt is saved in it.
Reuse it
Open a row's menu for Copy, Edit and Delete. Selecting the row opens the same editor.

A prompt that is switched off for My Prompts wears a Hidden from My Prompts chip, on this page and in the workspace panel. For owners and admins, a shared prompt wears Shared.
Who can edit
Owners and admins create, edit and delete prompts. A teammate sees the prompts shared with the team, can open one to read it, and can copy it.
Closing the editor with unsaved edits asks before it discards them. Reloading the page or leaving it does not ask, so save first.
Write prompts that name the outcome, not the steps
A stored prompt is read months later by someone who was not in the conversation. Audit this page against the active strategy's intent cluster and list what to change, without committing anything survives that. Do the thing we discussed does not.
Using prompts in a workspace
Open a project workspace and choose Prompt Library in its rail. The panel has two tabs.
Library
Select a prompt to read it. The Template, Draft and Diff control switches between the stored prompt, the version drafted for this project, and the lines that changed between them.

Drafting needs the Builder project to be linked to an admin project, because the brief lives there. Inserting needs a connected terminal.
A draft never changes the stored prompt. It stays in this browser, for you and this project, for up to seven days.
When the library holds no prompts, owners and admins see Manage prompts, which opens the Prompt Library page.
My Prompts
My Prompts plans a run-ordered queue of prompts for the pages in the linked project brief. Describe what you want in the request field and send it. Select a queue item to Generate its prompt, Insert it into the terminal, or Copy it.
Each item shows where it stands.

Planning needs at least one page in the brief's page tree.
The Activity feed
BuilderActivity is a live feed of Builder work across projects, with a team workload view beside it.

No activity matches this view is a filter result, not an error. Clear the kind filter and the search box before concluding that nothing happened.
Troubleshooting
