Prompt Library and Activity
Keep reusable Builder prompts in folders and reuse them in a workspace or an automation, and read the activity feed across every project.
The Prompt Library is where the instructions you keep retyping live. A prompt is a title, a body and an optional niche tag, stored in a folder, ready to copy into a workspace terminal or attach to a scheduled automation.
The Activity feed is the other half of the same habit: one place to see what Builder actually did across every project.
Before you start
Both areas need Builder access. Nothing here spends anything — a prompt is text until you run it somewhere.
Keeping prompts
Open the Prompt Library
BuilderPrompt Library in the Builder navigation.
Create a folder
Enter a Folder name. Folders are how you keep client work and internal work apart.
Add a prompt
Give it a title, paste the prompt body, and tag it with a niche or context if that helps you find it later.
Reuse it
Copy prompt puts it on your clipboard for a workspace terminal. Edit prompt and Delete prompt do what they say.
| Setting | What it changes | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Folder name | The folder prompts are grouped under. | — |
| Reusable Builder prompt title | The prompt's name in the library. | — |
| Prompt body | The reusable prompt text itself. | — |
| Niche/context | A free-text tag. The placeholder suggests things like home services, SaaS or medical. | — |
| Copy prompt | Copies the prompt body to your clipboard. | — |
Write prompts that name the outcome, not the steps
A stored prompt is read months later by someone who was not in the conversation. Audit this page against the active strategy's intent cluster and list what to change, without committing anything survives that. Do the thing we discussed does not.
The Prompt Library also appears as a panel inside a project workspace, so you do not have to leave the project to reach it, and a stored prompt can be attached to a scheduled automation.
The Activity feed
BuilderActivity is a live feed of Builder work across projects, with a team workload view beside it.
| Setting | What it changes | Default |
|---|---|---|
| All kinds | Filters the feed to Commits, Deploys, Files, Prompts, System or Terminal. | — |
| Search activity | Free-text search across the feed. | — |
| Kind | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Commits | Commits made through Builder |
| Deploys | Deployments and their outcome |
| Files | File changes in a project |
| Prompts | Prompts that were run |
| System | Platform-level events |
| Terminal | Terminal sessions and what they did |
No activity matches this view is a filter result, not an error. Clear the kind filter and the search box before concluding that nothing happened.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No activity matches this view | A kind filter or a search term is active | Reset the filter to All kinds and clear the search |
| A prompt is missing from the workspace panel | It is in a different folder | Search for it by title, or move it |
| Terminal activity is empty | The terminal service is not configured for this deployment | Ask your platform operator — see Builder overview |
| A copied prompt does not run | Copying only places the text; you still send it | Paste it into a terminal tab and run it yourself |
