Content Center overview
How the Content Center is laid out — the six tabs, the account rail that scopes them, who can see what, and the workspace switches that decide what actually publishes.
The Content Center is where social content is made, planned, approved and published. It is one page with six tabs and an account rail down the left, so whichever account you pick follows you from tab to tab. Most of what you do here is safe: drafting, dating and grouping posts changes nothing on a real profile until you publish.
Before you start
Two separate things decide whether a tab is there at all, and they are granted in two different places. Owners see every tab; everyone else is asking for a permission under Teamthe memberPermissions.

The workspace content switch
Zyan turns the Content Center on per workspace. There is no self-serve toggle for it.
That tab's own permission
Compose, Calendar and Library, Approvals and Accounts are each granted separately.
The six tabs
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | The account ledger, what is coming up, recent activity and your content automations |
| Compose | Write a post by hand or from an AI brief, and work through the options it returns |
| Calendar | Plan posts on a Month, Week or List view, and edit them in a drawer |
| Library | Media assets, reusable caption and hashtag templates, and content performance |
| Approvals | Decisions on posts that were sent to a client for review |
| Accounts | Per-account stats, feed and posts, plus connection health |
Opening Content Center forwards you to the first tab you are allowed to see, so two people on the same team can land in different places. If you can see no tabs at all, you are sent back to the admin home.
Get oriented
Open Content Center
It is in the left navigation. You land on Overview if you have Accounts or Calendar access.
Pick an account in the rail
Leave it on All accounts for the full ledger, or choose one account to scope every tab to it.
Switch tabs
The chosen account follows you. The Accounts tab always shows a single account, never the combined view.
What the Overview numbers mean
The ledger on Overview lists every connected account with four numbers. Two of them mean different things per network, which is worth knowing before you put them in a client report.
| Column | ||
|---|---|---|
| Reach | Reach over the last 28 days | Page views over the last 28 days |
| Engagement | Profile views | Post engagement |
Followers and Published mean what you expect. If you see Account stats need Accounts access instead of numbers, you are missing the Accounts permission rather than the data.
Settings reference
| Setting | What it changes | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Account rail selection | Scopes every tab to one connected account and writes the account into the page URL, so a link you share reproduces the same view. | All accounts |
Some things are switched on by Zyan, not by you
AI writing, publishing to each network, and scheduled auto-publishing are workspace switches held by Zyan. With one off, the Content Center still lets you save the plan — it does not deliver it. There is no self-serve toggle for these, so if a switch is off, ask Zyan rather than hunting for it in Settings.
An amber reconnect banner is worth acting on immediately
When a connected Page or profile loses its login, a banner appears above the tabs. Dismiss hides it for this browser session only — it fixes nothing, and scheduled posts to that account fail until you log in again from SettingsIntegrations.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A tab is missing entirely | That tab has its own permission, and the workspace content switch also has to be on | Ask the workspace owner for the matching Content Center permission |
| You are bounced to the admin home | You have no visible Content Center tabs at all | Ask for at least one Content Center permission |
| You land on Accounts instead of Overview | Accounts access is your only grant | Nothing is wrong; Overview needs Accounts or Calendar access |
| Numbers replaced by Account stats need Accounts access | Missing the Accounts permission | Ask the owner to grant it |
| An amber banner says an account needs reconnecting | A Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn profile or Google Business Profile lost its login token | Follow the banner into Settings → Integrations and log in again |
