Plan posts on the calendar
Date, group, filter and edit posts across Month, Week and List views, publish or schedule them to connected accounts, and understand why recurring schedules stay off.
Content CenterCalendar is where drafts become dated posts. It has three lenses over the same content — Month, Week and List — a filter drawer, and an editor drawer that opens when you click a post. Publishing also starts here, from the Publish post dialog.
Before you start
You need view access on Calendar and Library to see this tab, and edit access to change posts. Publishing additionally needs the publish permission, at least one connected account, and the workspace publishing switch for that network.
Plan and edit
Pick a lens
Month, Week or List. Month is the default.
Narrow the view
Use the search box, then Filters for Post status, Platform and Post group.
Open a post
Click it to open the editor drawer, which carries Post details, Preview and Media.
Re-date by dragging
Drag a post to another day to change when it goes out.
Reuse saved copy
Insert saved caption and Insert hashtag set pull from LibraryTemplates.
A calendar link reproduces the exact view
The lens, date, search text, status, platform and post group all live in the page URL. Copy the address bar and whoever opens it sees what you see — useful when you want a second opinion on one client's month.
Post groups
A post group is a named bundle of related posts, usually one campaign. Give it a title and optional notes, then add posts to it from a variant's Add to a post group… action or from the post editor. Once posts are grouped you can filter the whole calendar down to that campaign.
Adding a post to a group changes nothing about delivery. It adds the post to the calendar; it does not publish anything.
Publish or schedule a post
Open Publish post
From a variant in Compose, or from a post on the calendar.
Choose the Action
Publish sends it, Publishing approval routes it to a reviewer first — you name the reviewer and how many hours they have.
Tick the destination accounts
One post can go to several accounts. Use Customize caption to override the shared caption for a single account.
Pick the timing
Now, a specific scheduled time, or Use preferred time.
Confirm
The post moves through Queued, Publishing, then Published — or Failed, with the reason on the post.

Recurring schedules
Content CenterCalendarRecurring saves a post template that generates posts on a cadence: a brief, platforms, a post type, tone and a number of variants, run against a cron expression in a timezone you choose.
Schedules are saved but do not run yet
Recurring schedules need the Scheduled auto-publishing plan feature, and the modal states plainly that schedules stay off until the feature is switched on for your workspace. A second checkbox for automatic adding is permanently disabled with Automatic adding isn't switched on for this workspace yet. Treat a schedule as a saved plan, not as something that will produce posts tonight.

Troubleshooting
