Notification settings

Choose which categories of event reach you in-app and by email, decide whether email arrives immediately or as a daily digest, and set the time that digest is sent.

Notifications is your own settings page. Everyone on the team manages their own — you cannot change a teammate's preferences here, and nobody can change yours. It has two parts: the category toggles, and an Email delivery card that decides when the emails actually arrive.

Before you start

Any signed-in team member can open it. Which categories you see depends on your role: Leads, Billing and Builder are owner and admin lanes, and a category whose events can never reach you is hidden rather than shown switched off.

Toggle the categories you want

Each row is one category. An enabled category sends both in-app and email notifications.

Team meeting reminders are opt-in

Team members are opted out of the Meetings category until they switch it on, and its reminders fire 30 minutes before the start. If your team keeps missing internal meetings, this is usually why.

Email delivery

Digest time follows the payroll timezone

The digest is sent against your team's payroll timezone, which may not be the timezone you are sitting in. If your digest arrives at a strange hour, check the payroll schedule in your profile settings rather than adjusting the time by hand.

What you cannot set here

  • There is no SMS channel. Each toggle covers in-app and email only.
  • Some events are in-app only and their email side is locked — announcement delivery outcomes, paused outreach mailboxes and automation notifications among them.
  • You cannot edit anyone else's preferences. Who is able to receive which event at all is a matter of roles and permissions — see team and permissions.
  • Push notifications are a separate control that appears only inside the iPhone app, and registers that one device.
