The content library

Store media assets, save reusable caption and hashtag templates you can paste into any post, and read how published content actually performed per campaign.

The Library tab holds the things you reuse. It has three sub-tabs: Assets for media, Templates for saved captions and hashtag sets, and Performance for campaign-level content results.

Before you start

You need access to Calendar and Library. Uploading assets and saving templates additionally need create or edit access.

Assets

Assets are the images and video you draft with. Search the grid, organise items into folders, and tag them so a search finds them six months later.

Open the asset grid

Content CenterLibraryAssets

Add media

Upload from your machine, or pull a file in from Drive with the picker.

Organise it

Put assets into folders and add tags. Both feed the search box at the top.

Use an asset

Attach it to a post from the composer, or feed it to an AI brief as a source image.

Templates

A template stores a caption and a hashtag set under a name, so you can paste it into any post from the calendar drawer with Insert saved caption or Insert hashtag set.

Open the template list

Content CenterLibraryTemplates — an empty library reads No templates saved yet.

Create a template

Fill Template name, Category and Description so it is findable.

Write the reusable copy

Put the caption in Template caption and the tag set in Hashtags.

Save

It now appears in the insert menus on the calendar and in Compose.

You can also create a template straight from a variant in Compose with Save as template — usually easier than retyping a caption that already worked.

DescriptionA note to your future self about when to use this one.
Template captionThe caption inserted when you use the template.
HashtagsThe hashtag set stored with the template, inserted separately from the caption.

Performance

Performance reports content results at campaign level. It reads No stats yet until something has actually published and the network has returned numbers — that is a normal state for a new workspace, not a fault.

Per-account numbers live on the Accounts tab

Performance is campaign-shaped. For follower, reach and engagement figures on a single Page or profile, use Content CenterAccountsStats.
