The Assistant dock
The AI panel that opens beside any admin page — it reads what you have open, drafts replies you insert yourself, and proposes changes you approve.
The Assistant panel opens from the sparkles icon on the right-hand rail of every admin page. On a phone it is a floating sparkles button in the bottom-right corner.
The dock is not a smaller Zyan AI page. Its advantage is context: it knows which page you are on and which record is open, so you can ask about what is in front of you without describing it first.
The dock can be switched off for your workspace
It appears only for the owner, or a member with the zyan_ai permission, and only when the workspace assistant flag is on. If the flag is off the icon is hidden entirely — there is no greyed-out state to find.

Use it while you work
Open the panel
Click the sparkles icon on the right-hand rail, or the floating button on a phone. It opens on whatever page you are already on.

The thread, client, project, lead or campaign on screen is already context.
Take the draft
Insert into reply puts the text in the page's own composer. Copy takes it elsewhere.
Adjust the tone
Use a tone chip to regenerate rather than rewriting by hand.
Approve anything it proposes
Each proposed change is a card you approve, or open first with Review & create.

What it understands on each page
The dock reads a specific record where there is one, and falls back to a page-level hint where there is not.

Drafts only
The dock never sends an email or an SMS on your behalf. Every draft has to be inserted into the real composer and sent by you. Memory writes from the dock also always require your click.
How it sits on the screen
On a wide screen — around 1280 pixels and up — the panel docks as a third column and the page reflows beside it, so nothing is covered. On a narrower window it floats over the page instead.
On phones the floating button is deliberately hidden on full-screen pages such as Messages, Inbox and Zyan AI, so it cannot sit on top of the composer you are trying to type in. On those pages, open HomeZyan AI instead — it is the same assistant without the page context.
Carry records into the conversation
AssistantCarried selection in the panel header holds the records you brought into the thread. It is the clean way to ask about three clients at once rather than pasting their names.
Troubleshooting
