The Lead Manager queue
Work the one list that holds every lead — origin views, search, filter chips, the Filters drawer, bulk actions, and CSV import and Excel export.
LeadsLead Manager is the single queue for every lead in the workspace that has not been converted yet. Everything on the page narrows that one list: the view picker changes which leads are in scope, the chips and the Filters drawer narrow it further, and the selection bar acts on whatever is left.
Before you start
You need the Leads plan feature and the leads permission. View lets you
read the queue; edit is needed for anything that changes a lead, including
bulk actions, import and manual entry.
Converted leads are not missing
A lead that converts leaves the queue and lives on the client record instead. Lost leads are still here, but hidden — turn on Include lost leads in the Filters drawer to see them.

The header
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add lead | Opens the full new-lead form |
| Quick add | Toggles a compact inline row for name, email, phone and company |
| Lead settings (gear) | Intake mode, first-touch SLA and the capture API integration |
| Outbound settings | Jumps to outbound controls |
| Automate | Opens the automation editor on the lead created trigger |
| Forms / Visitors | The two sibling surfaces. Visitors carries a pending-count badge |
On a phone the secondary items collapse into one kebab; Add lead stays visible.
Origin views
The segmented control sets which leads are in scope. It is a view, not a filter, so it is not one of the chips you clear.
| View | Holds |
|---|---|
| All | Everything in the queue |
| Local | Leads you entered, and leads that arrived through your own inbound channels |
| Cold outreach | Prospected leads and identified website visitors |
Each option carries a live count.
Searching and filtering
Type in Search leads
Narrows the list as you type.
Use the Status and Owner chips
The two filters people reach for most sit directly on the bar.
Open Filters for the rest
Queue, Channel, Campaign, Tags and Include lost leads live in the drawer. The button carries a badge with the number of drawer filters you have applied.
Read the applied chips
Whatever you set in the drawer appears as a removable chip under the bar, so you can always see why the list is short.
Click Clear to start again
Clear appears as soon as anything is filtering the list.
Changing a filter clears your selection
Filters apply immediately — there is no Apply button — and every change drops the rows you had ticked. Finish a bulk action before you re-filter.
Queue lenses
FiltersQueue is the work lens, and each option carries a live count.
| Lens | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every lead in the current view |
| My Leads | Leads assigned to you |
| Attention | Leads that are unassigned, past the first-touch SLA, or carrying a follow-up date of today or earlier. Do-not-contact leads are excluded |
| Unassigned | Leads with no owner. Do-not-contact leads are kept out |
| Blocked | Leads marked do-not-contact |
| Hot | Leads with an engagement score of 70 or more, or marked hot outright |
Attention is wider than the SLA alone
People read Attention as the SLA lens and then cannot work out why a lead that is well inside its deadline is sitting in it. Three things put a lead there, not one — no owner, a breached first-touch SLA, or a follow-up that is due. Any of the three is enough.
Settings reference
| Setting | What it changes | Default |
|---|---|---|
| All / Local / Cold outreach | The origin view. Local is your own inbound and manual leads; Cold outreach is prospecting and website visitor IDs. | All |
| Status | Pipeline stage: All statuses, New lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal sent, Negotiation, Won, Lost. | All statuses |
| Owner | All owners, Unassigned, Me, or a named teammate. | All owners |
| Queue | The work lens — All, My Leads, Attention, Unassigned, Blocked or Hot. | All |
| Channel | Filters by the source label on the lead, such as Website form, Google Ads, Referral, AI Prospecting, Website visitor, Typeform or Webflow. | All channels |
| Campaign | Any campaign, No campaign, or one specific ad campaign. Only appears once you have campaigns. | Any campaign |
| Tags | Shows leads carrying any of the selected tags. | Any tag |
| Include lost leads | Shows leads with status Lost. Forced on while the Status filter is set to Lost. | Off |
| Rows per page | Page size of the queue. 25, 50 or 100. | 25 |

Bulk actions
Tick rows and a selection bar floats at the bottom of the screen — the page does not move. Select all N matching in the Actions menu takes the whole filtered set, not just the page you can see.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Assign | Hands the selection to you or a named teammate |
| Do not contact | Applies the flag with a reason code, or Allow contact to clear it |
| Tag | Adds comma-separated tags to every selected lead |
| Add to campaign | Pushes the selection to Smartlead, a native Gmail sequence, or a marketing campaign |
| More | The longer tail, including voice agent hand-off and export |
| Delete | Removes the selected leads |
| Clear | Drops the selection |
Tag writes are bounded — the popover shows the maximum number of tags per write and the character limit per tag. Campaign entries disable themselves when no selected lead is eligible for that destination.
Import and export
Both live under Lead ManagerActions.
Import CSV bulk-creates leads and matches existing ones by email, so a file containing addresses you already hold updates those leads rather than duplicating them.
Export leads opens the Export leads modal and produces an .xlsx
file. Pick Leads to export (your current selection, or the whole filtered
set) and tick the Columns you want. Large exports run in pages with a progress bar; if one fails partway
through you get Retry export and Start a new export rather than a silent
failure.
The Actions menu also carries Auto-assign N unassigned, which runs the router over the unassigned leads in the current view.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A lead you know exists is not in the list | It converted, so it left the queue | Open the client record instead |
| Lost leads are missing | They are hidden by default | Turn on Include lost leads in the Filters drawer |
| Your ticked rows vanished | Changing a filter clears the selection | Re-select, then act before re-filtering |
| The list is short and you cannot see why | A drawer filter is applied | Read the chips under the filter bar, or click Clear |
| A lead inside its SLA is still in Attention | The lens also collects unassigned leads and leads with a follow-up due | Assign it, or move the follow-up date |
| Auto-assign does nothing | The routing pool is empty | Check the routing pool chip in Lead settings → Intake |
| An export stopped partway | A page of the export failed | Use Retry export, or Start a new export |
